Privacy
policy.
We collect what it takes to make and ship your card. No tracking, no ads, no selling your details.
What we collect
- Your design. The artwork you upload, or the name, title, company and handle you type in the designer, plus the preview of how you arranged them.
- Your link. The web address you ask us to encode on the chip.
- Your proof approval. A copy of the proof you approved, the time you approved it, your IP address, country and browser type. This is our record of what you asked us to print.
- Your order details. Your name, email address and shipping address, which you enter on Stripe's checkout page and Stripe passes to us with your order number and amount paid.
We do not collect or store your card number or any other payment details. Payment is handled entirely by Stripe, whose privacy policy applies to the checkout page.
What we use it for
To make your card, ship it to you, email you about your order, and resolve any problem or dispute about what was printed. That is all.
What we don't do
- No advertising or analytics trackers, and no cookies are set by this site.
- No marketing emails. You hear from us about your order and nothing else.
- No selling, renting or sharing your details with anyone except the services below that we need to fulfil your order.
Who else sees it
- Stripe processes your payment and collects your shipping address on our behalf.
- Cloudflare hosts this website and stores your uploaded artwork and order record on servers in the United States.
- USPS receives your name and address to deliver your order.
How long we keep it
- Artwork uploaded but never ordered is deleted automatically after 7 days.
- Completed orders, including the approved proof, are kept while we may need them for a remake, a refund or a payment dispute, then your personal details are removed from the record.
Your choices
Email [email protected] with your order number to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted once your order is complete. Residents of California, Nevada and other states with privacy laws have these rights by law; we offer them to everyone.
